Hi! My name is Korina, and I am a homeschool senior! I enjoy camping, traveling, and doing competitive speech. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 62:5-8.  "For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken. On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Trust in him at all times O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us."

When I first heard about the World Race, I immediately said that it was NOT for me. However, God worked on my heart, so here I am, excited and ready to launch on the mission field next August.

While on the World Race, I will travel to seven countries. While in each of those countries, I will be doing mission work along with the rest of my squad. We will have opportunities to partner with local ministries to help with children’s programs, assist with practical needs, teach English, and just be there for the people of God. While I am on the World Race, I look forward to growing closer to God, and serving Him and His people, all while living in a strong community with those around me.

Would you please pray over me and my trip? Pray that my squad and I would spread the love of Jesus to people who have never even heard his name. Pray that God would work in and through each of us as we go and live out what He has called us to do. Pray that I would reach my fundraising goal, and meet all my deadlines. Pray that God would do big things during my time on the World Race.
